CG Mobile is a global market leader in case design and manufacturing and has partnered with internationally renowned fashion, lifestyle and car brands. It had not yet established itself into the lucrative US market until SEO Brand was tasked with the assignment.

Challenges Identified

  • 1 – Strong brand recognition internationally but virtually zero presence in domestic markets
  • 2 – Many re-sellers were selling CG Mobile products on popular marketplaces such as Amazon without permission
  • 3 – No ecommerce on existing website
  • 4 – A non-existent organic and paid search strategy
  • 5 – A very complex and fragmented inventory feed system that required many hours of manual labor to process efficiently

Actions Taken

  • 1 – In Depth Research Performed
  • 2 – Redesign and launch of a new Magento website
  • 3 – Implemented a solid SEO and Paid Search strategy
  • 4 – Systematically eliminated each unauthorized Amazon marketplace seller one by one, returning the market share back to the authorized sellers who are licensed to sell the product
  • 5 – Rebuilt a consolidated and redeveloped inventory feed standard format that is now EDI compliant for Amazon Vendor EDI and can be fed into multiple e-commerce platforms

Results Achieved

Interoffice productivity increased by over 85% as nearly all manual labor for feed preparation and optimization was fully automated thus eliminating the possibility of human error coupled with substantial time savings. New website launch made the entire inventory of high end, luxury lifestyle-based phone cases, accessories to the largest economy in the world. Aggressive marketing through SEO/SEM/Amazon is helping CG Mobile reach unprecedented sales numbers. E-commerce revenue up 10,215%
