Labeled as the “most coveted private address in downtown Montreal,” The Ritz-Carlton has consistently defined the essence and culture of its city for over a hundred years. It defines luxury with the perfect balance of historical architecture and contemporary elegance. In 2008, for the first time in its history, the famed hotel shut down for four years to complete an expansive renovation project. In 2012 the historic hotel reopened its doors with an updated look, and 45 exclusive condos.

Our mandate was to increase brand awareness. Targeting an affluent niche market, we developed campaigns across different channels of marketing to generate viable leads for the residences. Influencer marketing allowed us to tap into the luxury communities online and generate a steady amount of online PR to showcase the opulence of the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Montreal.

We leveraged the power of search and display advertising to generate new pathways for inbound traffic. Utilizing a strategic approach where we targeted multiple geographic areas, we were able to capture targeted users and generate interest for the properties available. Additionally, we incorporated social media marketing within to increase awareness both locally and internationally, using Facebook as the main platform for our marketing efforts.
