Paradigm approached SEO Brand in June of 2023 with a unique challenge. How to compete in a hyper-competitive market by driving in new patient admissions at a much lower cost per admission than what they were currently generating. The company had already been delivering some of the best treatment for teens in the country but wanted to take the business to a level previously unseen before.
Although the company’s service offering was strong, the brand positioning and overall marketing strategy weren’t dialed in. When our analysis team broke down the value proposition of Paradigm, it was quickly discovered that the company was not properly communicating the value of their offer and needed a more professional touchpoint to explain the tremendous amount of value they bring to families in need of seeking critical and careful treatment for their loved ones.
