Paradigm Treatment Centers offers an exceptional clinical program for adolescents ages 12–20, but their digital presence didn’t reflect it. In one of the most competitive and expensive verticals in digital marketing, they were dealing with inflated acquisition costs and a pipeline full of low-quality leads that rarely converted to admissions.
Our Approach:
A full audit revealed a gap between the quality of Paradigm’s care and how it was presented online. We repositioned the brand and redesigned the website to build trust and create clear conversion paths. We then built an SEO pillar content strategy around high-intent keywords, restructured Google Ads to eliminate wasted spend, and used social media to reinforce credibility during what is often a long family decision-making process.
Results:
A 78% decrease in cost per admission, 56% improvement in lead-to-qualified opportunity conversion, and 45% lift in raw-to-qualified lead percentage. The admissions team went from filtering unqualified inquiries to spending more time with families genuinely ready for treatment.
