As user behavior shifted from traditional browsing to conversational search, Moo faced a critical new challenge: maintaining relevance in a “zero-click” world. Strong traditional rankings were no longer enough; they needed to ensure visibility in AI search engines where users get immediate answers. The brand risked becoming invisible on platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini if they didn’t adapt to how Large Language Models (LLMs) process information.
Our Solution
We implemented a targeted Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) campaign focused on “Digital Entity” authority. By restructuring content to answer natural language queries and implementing advanced schema, we positioned Moo as the factual source that AI models prefer to cite. This strategy successfully generated over 1,500 monthly citations in ChatGPT and secured dominant placement in Google’s AI Overview, ensuring Moo remains the primary recommendation for high-end design queries.
