About the Role

You’ll work directly on client accounts — small, medium, and enterprise brands — while building your skills as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist. This isn’t shadowing; you’ll be in real strategy meetings, working with real budgets and real deliverables from week one.

Who We’re Looking For

Recent graduates or upcoming grads in Journalism, English, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or Public Relations. We care more about curiosity, writing ability, and work ethic than GPA — if you’ve got a strong portfolio, writing sample, or relevant project work, we want to see it.

What You’ll Learn

Search is being rebuilt around AI — and you’ll learn how to work inside that shift. Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity are changing how people find brands, and almost nobody in the industry has been formally trained on how to make a brand visible inside AI-generated answers. That’s the skill you’ll build here, ahead of most working professionals.

Specifically, you’ll get hands-on with:

– Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — how to get brands cited and recommended by AI assistants and answer engines, not just ranked in traditional search
– SEO and international SEO — the foundations GEO builds on, still essential and still evolving
– Paid search across Google, Yahoo, and Bing
– Social media campaign management (Facebook, Instagram, and beyond)
– Data analysis and interpretation to turn raw metrics into real strategy
– Strategic content development tied to business outcomes
– Client communication — you’ll sit in on and eventually help lead strategy meetings

**Industry tools you’ll use daily:** Ahrefs, SiteBulb, Claude, ChatGPT, Google Cloud, Peak AI, and Google Search Console

• A Bachelors in Marketing, General Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Journalism, IS systems, English etc.
• General overall knowledge of most digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, Content Marketing)
• Must be self motivated – a critical thinking confident problem solver.
