Business Development Representative (BDR)
Full Remote | W2 | SEO Brand
We’re hiring a BDR with a hunter mentality to grow our pipeline by requalifying leads in our existing database and prospecting new accounts. You’ll book qualified meetings for our VP of Sales, with a clear path to Sales Closer and Regional Sales Director.
Responsibilities

Requalify leads in our CRM and book qualified meetings for the VP of Sales
Generate new business through outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and social
Maintain a high volume of daily outreach with a disciplined followup cadence
Run discovery to assess prospect needs, challenges, and buying intent
Log all activity, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM
Align outbound efforts with inbound marketing campaigns
Develop deep knowledge of SEO Brand’s services and the broader digital marketing landscape

Required Experience

2 to 5 years of outbound sales or BDR experience (digital marketing agency experience strongly preferred)
Proven prospecting, research, and discovery skills
Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication, including confident presentation skills
Working knowledge of digital marketing, websites, and social media
Sharp time management and organizational habits
